President


Dan Feldman has been with Kramer & Feldman since 1993. Dan started his opportunity with KFI as a carpenter, and then moved into the role of Jobsite Superintendent as the company grew. Dan is now part owner, Project Manager & President at Kramer & Feldman, Inc.

Mike Feldman

Vice President


Mike Feldman has been in the general contracting business for over 40 years. Dan Kramer and Mike Feldman started Kramer & Feldman in 1992, and worked to create a stable work force and loyal customers.



David Feldman

Vice President of Operations


David Feldman began his career as a carpenter at Kramer & Feldman, Inc. in 2008, gaining experience working alongside his dad and uncle he quickly progressed to Site Superintendent. Deciding to continue the family name in construction, he is now part owner of Kramer & Feldman as well as Project Manager and carries the title Vice President of Operations.

Dan Kramer

Senior Advisor


Dan Kramer has been in the commercial contracting field for 40 plus years and started his career as a carpenter before advancing to Field Superintendent, General Superintendent and Field Operations Manager. From those experiences grew the desire to start Kramer & Feldman in 1992.



Renee Kraus

Office Manager


Renee Kraus has been in the construction industry for over 30 years, we have been fortunate to have her here at Kramer & Feldman, Inc. for more than half of her career. Along with organizing the day-to-day functions in our office, she is also responsible for our safety training, payroll, and accounts receivable. Her dedication to this company made it only fitting to promote her to her newest title of Treasurer.
